Highmark Homes will take the stress and hassles out of building your new home, we will undertake the complete process for you, from the site excavations to the laying of the carpet. All you have to worry about is shifting into your brand new home. We will supply you with a fixed price contract so you know exactly what you are paying with no hidden costs.

OPTION 2: SHELL ONLY (LOCK UP STAGE) »

If you wish to utilise your DIY skills, but don’t have the experience or time, Highmark Homes can construct your home to the lock up stage. This includes the construction from the floor up (concrete or timber) until the home is closed in, weather tight and secure. We will then deliver and place inside all the material required to complete the interior of the home.

OPTION 3: CUSTOM DESIGN »

For those who have your own ideas for your next home, Highmark Homes will custom design and build your new home to suit your needs. Alternatively, we can even modify one of our existing plans.

OPTION 4: KITSET HOMES (MATERIAL SUPPLY ONLY) »

To define the supply only system, Highmark Homes will supply the material component of your home and freight this product to your site, excluding the floor. We can, as an optional extra, supply the timber floor materials. Generally the concrete floor is completed by the owner’s builder.
